How do I attend free online classes with ANVCS? Do I need an account?
Yes, you need an account on ANVCS.org. It is FREE.
To attend our free technology classes:

First, sign up for a FREE AnewVista account by clicking on the purple button on the top right of this page.

After you've registered, you can book classes from our "Classes" page.

How do I register for a class?​

Go to the “Classes” page and choose a class you’d like to attend

Click the “Register” button, and you’ll be prompted to log in or create an account

After you log in, you can complete your booking

How do I join my booked class? Where is the Zoom link?

First, make sure you've already registered for the class

When the class is about to begin, click on the Zoom link in one of these places:

Method 1: Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email OR

Method 2: Log in to your account ANVCS.org, then

Go to the Classes page

Click the My Bookings button
-
Click the class name, and then
-
Click "Join Online"

How do I find the calendar of upcoming classes?

On ANVCS.org, click Classes in the top menu.

Select the Calendar View button above “Online Classes”.

You’ll see the classes scheduled for the current month.

Note: Classes for the upcoming 2 weeks open for registration every Saturday on the Classes page.
How far in advance can I book a class?
You can register for classes up to two weeks in advance.

New classes are released every Saturday on the Classes page.

How often are classes offered?
Classes take place 3-4 times a week, and each class can be taken independently. Usually, we hold classes on:

Monday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am PST

Wednesday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am PST

Friday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am PST
Do you have in-person classes?
Yes, the schedule of in-person classes is available at the bottom of the Classes page.

On ANVCS.org, click Classes in the top menu.

Scroll down until you see "In-Person Classes & Events", you will see upcoming in-person classes listed here.

Note: In-person classes do not require registration; simply show up!

Yes! First, you must log in to your free account, then visit the Classes or Resources page, and click the Class Videos & Summaries button.

AnewVista Community Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit funded by several healthcare districts and community foundations. Our home page has a list of our supporters.
Can AnewVista offer classes in my local community?
Yes, AnewVista offers in-person classes at retirement and senior centers. Please use the Contact Us form to send a request for more information.
